Bummi Original
Our original wrap with a great fit.
If you are using any type of FLAT cloth diaper, this is the best lightweight nylon cover available. The Bummi Original is a favourite with diaper service customers because it has such an extraordinarily good, trim fit. Soft, stretchy lycra bindings around legs and waist ensure snug and leak-proof protection - but are so very gentle on baby’s tender skin!
This product has been designed and engineered with exquisite attention to detail:
- 4 sizes for an excellent and very specific fit with a FLAT cloth diaper only – from 4-28 lbs
- The NEWBORN size is great for tiny, hard-to-fit newborns; especially preemies, twins, and triplets.
- The SMALL size is modified with an innovative hook and loop closure design to ensure softness, durability, and a fit that really works on the average newborn.
- The MEDIUM and LARGE sizes also feature a unique hook and loop closure system – a larger tummy panel for tons of adjustability.
- Silky and feather-light nylon!
- An interior mesh lining increases the flow of air and wicks moisture away, while holding the cloth diaper in place.

Great Diaper Cover
My first Bummis was the Super Brite but I could never get a very good fit with it. I took a chance and ordered an Original and I LOVE IT! The fit is amazing and it is so trim. I also really love the unique tummy panel. My only not so great thing about this cover is that I find the nylon harder to get clean than PUL. My baby is ebf and the runny yellow poop turns the nylon orange after washing. I have to hang it in direct sunlight to fix this. Which is fine for the summer but won't be so great in the winter. I ordered the new PUL original wrap so I'm hoping to get the same fit and trimness without the washing hassle.

My favourite
This is my favourite wrap - it fits my baby well and isn't too bulky. I also like that it's really quick to dry! I've had a couple where the fasteners wore down very fast, but for the most part I've been very happy. If only it came in larger sizes....

Trim fit
I recently rediscovered the Original wrap. I have SWW and Brites, but this wrap fits so perfectly with my Bummis prefolds I wish that I'd been using them all along. The only issues that I have are that they need different washing care than all my other diapers and wraps and they only go up to 28 lbs.

Great for chubby babies
This is a great diaper for very chubby babies. And it works great under clothing- so hard to find something thin to go under boy's clothing. Great price- just wish it had snaps. If it did I would get so many more!
